Addiction Treatment Plans for Success

Our certified addiction specialist's and board-certified addiction medical staff are dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans to address any underlying health concerns.  We specialize in opiate (Heroin, Codeine, Morphine) and opioid (Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Tramadol) addiction; however, we are committed to helping patients find all needed resources to live a healthier life. Patients are encouraged to participate in the development of their treatment plan, which empowers them to take ownership of their recovery journey. Collaborating with staff and medical doctors will determine appropriate medications and maximize treatment opportunities. Individualized treatment plans are designed to address the all-encompassing nature and scope of addiction. As a result, our patients will become familiar with every aspect of their addiction and develop a better understanding about personal triggers and solutions for life-long sobriety.

Medication Assisted Treatment

We use medication assisted treatment to enhance treatment and improve outcomes.  Treatment options are reviewed with patients as we develop your treatment program and may include Methadone, Suboxone and Vivitrol. Read more about our outpatient methadone, Suboxone and Vivitrol clinics in Wisconsin.

General Length of Program

Individuals progress through our treatment program at their own pace. Our program is completely individualized to ensure treatment results in life-long sobriety. Typically the best outcomes are seen in individuals completing at least one year of treatment successfully.  Patients will meet with one of our board certified addictionologist specialist's and certified counseling staff to establish goals and discuss program length.  Patient's may electively taper from the program and discharge from treatment at any time they choose.
