The Kenosha Clinic

Our Kenosha clinic is located at 3825 39th Avenue, Suite 120 Addiction Services and Pharmacotherapy (ASAP) acknowledges the serious opioid epidemic, co-occurring addictions and alcohol addiction that impacts individuals, families and communities. Our board certified Addiction Medicine physicians, full-service medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program and on site counseling allows patients to break the bonds of chemical dependence and regain control of their lives. We utilize evidence-based treatment, which incorporates outpatient and medication therapy to relieve and/or reduce opioid and alcohol cravings. We recognize addiction impacts all aspects of life, including relationships, careers, health and psychological wellbeing. Our skilled staff will address all underlying causes of patients’ addictive behavior and provide insight on how to positively handle reemerging emotions. ASAP’s constant support, encouragement and structured environment will provide hope to individuals struggling with opioid, other illicit drugs and alcohol addiction and end the vicious cycle of chemical dependency.

How Does Treatment Work

As part of their treatment plan, patients will arrive at our clinic and proceed to the self-service kiosk for check-in. The kiosk will provide clear instructions for any necessary tasks, such as reporting to reception, meeting with a counselor, or completing a urine drug screen, before medication administration. After fulfilling all required tasks, including the urine drug screen, patients will be guided to the waiting area to await their dosing notification. Methadone or Suboxone dosing prioritizes privacy. Patient identification numbers will be announced overhead, prompting patients to proceed to one of the four private dosing booths. Learn more about a typical treatment visit.
